MY INSPIRATION

In my work as a coach, I see recurring themes in the fears that come up for people in their professional lives.

I am amazed at people’s ability to “mask” their fears and push on despite them.

But inside it takes up so much energy and causes so much anguish!

This programme is all about the magic that happens in our professional lives when we start focusing on what makes us unique and start losing the baggage weighing us down and keeping us small.

I’ve designed this programme for organisations who want to get the most out of their talent and invest in their future leaders.

PROGRAMME DESIGN

The programme blends leadership workshops with 1-2-1 coaching.

This combination turbo charges growth by enabling the participants to explore how it is for others and how it is for me.

There are 5 half-day workshops where we explore different areas of leadership that are emotionally challenging.

I will share new perspectives that will broaden your view and simple tools to help you stay on track when things get hard.

You will gain insights from others on their experiences and reassurance that you’re not alone in finding aspects of leadership deeply challenging.

These workshops will be focused on bonding the cohort through learning, growth and keeping it real!

Each participant also gets 5 x 1-2-1 coaching sessions where we focus on the areas important to them.

About Me

I’ve worked for the last two decades in advertising, and my career has taken me on some weird and wonderful adventures; particular highlights include launching Nike’s London Olympic campaign, and spending two years in Addis Ababa setting up youth brand Yegna with the Girl Effect. Most recently I was Head of Account Management at Saatchi & Saatchi.

As part of my last senior management role I was lucky enough to work with a coach - and I found it to be a profoundly transformative experience. In fact, I was so amazed by the benefits that I resigned from my job and re-trained to become a coach!

For me, coaching is about realising potential, not fixing problems. And nothing gives me more fulfilment than witnessing people discover their agency to live the life they truly want.

I am a certified Co-active coach and my purpose is to help people turn their dreams into a reality, and experience the power - and the wonder - of coaching.
